Tonka spent over 300 days in a crowded Palm Beach County shelter, patiently watching other dogs go home while she stayed behind. Through it all, this beautiful, beefy girl never gave up hope. Her tail still wagged for every visitor, every kind word, every promise of maybe today.
Now Tonka’s been given a new chance by the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast.
Tonka is gentle, loyal, and full of love. After everything she’s been through, she’s not asking for much — just a quiet home, a soft bed, and someone to finally call her own.
